AC MILAN LINKED TO TRIO SIGNINGS

AC Milanhave reportedly launched a transfer bid worth €40 million for Olympique Lyon ace Nabil Fekir. The midfielder impressed in the Ligue 1 two seasons and was part of the France World Cup winning squad in 2018.

 

There are reports that Fekir performances for Lyon has seen several clubs after the creative midfielder.

The likes of Chelsea, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, and Real Madridhave been linked with a move for the player.

 

Fekir is a creative midfielder capable of initiating quick attacks and scoring goals. AC Milan  are thought to be preparing a summer spending spree on new players. The Italian side are looking to also sign Colombian midfielder James Rodriguez to fund the signing.

 

Rodriguez has been linked with a move away from Real Madrid  after he was informed by Zidane that he was not part of his plans for next season.  It is understood that AC Milan are prepared to pay €40 million for his services

 

Manchester United are also interested in both players. The departure of Ander Herrera leaves the club light in midfield and Fekir is the latest player to be linked to this role.

 

In addition, Dinamo Zagreb youngster DaniOlmo have also been linked with a move to Milan and United.

 

The 21-year old whose playing style has been likened to Brazilian star Kaka is capable of producing fast transitions from midfield to attack. He is also an excellent set-piece taker and chips in with goals.

 

It is understood that the midfielder wants to move to a big club as this would boost his chances of playing for the Spanish national team ahead of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.

 

Olmo is viewed as a long-term investment by the Italian side and the club have approached Dinamo Zagreb to begin talks.

 

It remains to be seen if Milan can complete any for the transfer for the trio of players mentioned.
